By using No Upload Studio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

The editors are free to use, for personal and for work projects. Ads pay for the site. You don't need an account, and nothing you save carries a watermark.

• Your files stay yours. They are edited on your device, and we never receive them or claim any rights to them or to what you make.
• You're responsible for having the right to use everything you edit: the video, sound, music, pictures, logos and text. If a file belongs to someone else, make sure you're allowed to change and share it.
• Don't use the editors to make anything that is against the law.

The site and the editors are offered as they are, without any promise that they will always work, be available, or give the result you expect. Browsers and devices differ, and a save can fail or come out different from the preview. Keep your original files and check every result before you rely on it.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the editors, including lost files, lost work or lost income. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

The site shows ads and links to other websites. We don't control those sites or what they offer. How cookies and ads work here is explained on the privacy page.

The site's own code, design, texts and logo belong to No Upload Studio. You're free to use the editors, but please don't copy or republish the site or its code as your own.

Some parts of the editors are open-source code and free fonts made by others. They come under their own licences, listed on the licences page; those licences apply to those parts.

We may change the editors, stop offering any of them, or change these terms. When the terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
